Thanks for this. I get severe back pain in this area now and then. And I’ve been unable to identify the cause. A quick try of this stretch shows things are tight so I’ll be giving these a try.

Excellent video having hurt my back last week and still feeling soar I can now lift my sea kayak easily, was doing something similar but not quite correct. At 1:12 in perhaps you could say roll the kayak onto your shoulder! Also if I am carrying a distance I put a short section of tubular foam padding on the coving edge as a pad since the Hydra's flip up hip pad is not in the correct place to the balance the boat. The tubular foam is what builders use on scaffolding to stop pedestrians from bumping into it. Just stuff it down behind your seat when launching.

Michele buongiorno. Molto molto interessante. Vorrei, se posso, chiedere info/consiglio. Mi piace andare a pesca in kayak(sit on top).
@micheleramazza7 ай бұрын

Grazie
@micheleramazza8 ай бұрын

Super helpful tip! I always find I'm losing control coming out of rapids into slower water or just in general paddling between rapids. I've seen people do this trick but hadn't fully connected the dots. Thanks so much!
