@@ChristianMcBrideTV --You realize this puts me on-the-spot I understand short notice cancellations of band members are difficult to fulfill . From my perspective, it was a $97 disappointment . Your playing was flawless. Yet I expected to hear that vibrant sax/trumpet voice of unison with clearly defined melodies . The tag lines were cut short while the solo's too long . My friend who invited me (both of us play instruments and read music) also had a hard time recognizing any song she might've been familiar with . There is a greater demand on 2 horns to carry the weight and fill the voids with this format . (I admit being self-saturated with Dave Holland , Brian Lynch & Roy Hargrove recordings ) . The crowd was appreciative you know that and they might have a different take . I'd love to catch you with a full complement , so to speak .

@Fluteristic Thank you for such a thorough, thoughtful reply, unlike your introductory smart-ass comment, which, yes, puts you on the spot. 😀 Yes, it is most certainly difficult to figure out how to maintain a band flow with a last-minute substitute. (A huge tip of the cap to Dave Ellis) But since you seem to place such attention to front line interaction and melodies, have you actually heard my New Jawn album?

Excellent review, another brief KZbin personality indicated very briefly via text its was a mixture of vertigo its a vsc and sat combination. I do have both plugin developers versions. Its definitely not that. I just picked it up today on sale with an extra coupon discount too.

Is the bass better on 460? Because I have the 360 and the bass is missing you hat to crack it up to hear it and 360 is supposed to have 3 drivers

Thanks. I was thinking of getting the 360 for use when playing guitar. I don’t need them for bass, and actually prefer less bass while playing guitar.

Bit late to the party, but yes the bass is very good on the MP-460. The 360 I believe focus more on mids and trebles.

Jeff!, It's great to see you! (Mick shared this link with me!) Even better to hear your insider views of the processes involved in making what you do less of a mystery. For those of us with home studios, KZbin can be a great source of information. I've come here for everything from tracking to mixing to plugins vs on-board, mic choices etc......almost everything. I am fortunate enough to have a son who is a sound/recording engineer. (unfortunately a UPS driver) He's cleaned up more than a few of my mixes. Please keep it up. This is so interesting to me that I'm going to watch everything you post. Be well my friend........joecuz

I think you said a MOUTHFUL sir, about these guys who are putting down one of the greatest bass players(upright and electric bass guitar)of all time; I also notice that these cats usually are also-white-and no matter what we as Blacks do, they will always find a reason to rail on and condemn us; I told Mr. Benwyse nobody's heard you play but here you come, with all of your expert opinions about one of the greatest bass players the world has ever-and will ever hear-and I've told him what I think of his comments-I think he's an asshole personally-and I appreciate your comments sir-thank you! 10-14-23.
