The world's most expensive cities: Zürich and Singapore. However,, I'll give you that it can be vary expensive to go shopping in Trondheim. If you love this city and their way of taking care of the environment, I highly recommend you to read a bit about "Trondheimsmodellen" Or the Trondheim model, that explains a lot about that, it's really amazing <3

Depends where in Sweden you are. In the south it might not snow at all in winter. Not sure why you say its windy? Depends on where you are. Difficult finding a job also depends on what your profession is...
