It would seem so. Not sure why 24A was held up in Dames. 187 had to stop in McDonough to inspect a grainer that had a hot wheel that the 195.1 detector didn't announce.

Not sure what's wrong with it. If I had to guess it might be the way how Trainz' 3 part horn sound system works. Tends to fade the start by a significant amount which can cause automatic valve units like this one to sound like manual valves.
