Most repugnant and obnoxiously impertinent front office staffs- Moji and Amy! Deliberately patronise me by refusing to send my ordered items to my room! Despite my given information to them before the arrival of my items. The insolent staff- Moji knew full well my Room number as it was being reflected on the switchboard yet; she was tempted to harass me by repeatedly asking for my room number! Her audacity to rile me up was disgusting when she rebutted me by saying she wanted to make sure I remembered my room number correctly! Instead of apologising for Moji’s impertinence, Amy decided to argue with me vehemently and blamed me for the misunderstanding!!! What nerves!!! When my items arrived, they refused to send my items up to my room! Both unprofessionally repugnant staffs- Moji and Amy! In all my years of Globetrotting in Marriott Chains, I have never met such obnoxious repugnance, disrespectful and abhorrently impertinence staffs like Moji and Amy!!! They are a total disgrace and a terrible Liability to the hospitality business! I implore everyone NOT to waste your time visiting this establishment! Not worth the grievances dealing with such impertinently uncultured and unprofessionally repugnant staffs- Moji and Amy! For what it was worth; GOOD RIDDANCE TO BAD RUBBISH!!!
