This was the character that literally lead me to 100 percent Tekken 8 and actually get the game Reina was a BIG deal in the game's early phase and its because of her personality that she stays in the roster to this day.

On your point about rushdown, I think thats just the game's (and franchise's) design philosophy. With mechanics like Negative Penalty, how tension is gained, and the speed at which tension is gained, throughout the entire franchise it's always been about fast paced offense, even for "defensive" characters.

I think the reason for the easier characters being better is because that they usually have a button or two that they can crutch on, which is what makes them considered easy.

The lead hand down stance was definitely what Capcom was trying to go for, but I think they realized how uninteresting it would look if there was no movement for his idle animation. Thus leading into their own twist to it. It definitely hurt the characters design. I do like how he looks in this game so far (especially if he has some orthodox boxing focused moves compared to 5) but I really hope his story costume from 5 becomes his "nostalgia costume". I hate his default outfit in 5 more than anything this franchise has shown lmao.

No lol been on Tekken since 1995 since i was 7yrs old, he cool but he not what Tekken is. Tekken back in the days only had maybe two characters with a weapon and we accepted that but this dude has a gun, sword, and knives. Old folks not rocking with that but to each is own.

Honestly, I've been thought about editing but I preferably would like to keep my format for YT videos because it's authentic and not everything is meant to be crisp and clean 100%. Every mistake, slip-up or accident you will all get to see in real time with out editing. That's the authenticity of my content that I present to you all. Great reaction! It’s been a long time coming but it’s almost here! Reality set in once I saw that Cygames started their promotional campaign. Relink is indeed Cygames’ first AAA game along with Project Awakening. The story is new and it’s tailored to welcome in newcomers. The “villain” is named Id and he looks cool!

Nier is an Erune and represents The Lovers Arcana, while her Primal Beast is the Death Arcana. Death is a Primal Beast and all Evokers have one based on the Tarot Cards/Arcana (Vira had her own Primal Beast.) Nier is a mage who has a forbidden grimoire. In a nutshell, Nier (and the other Evokers) represents the darker stories of GBF, and she’s an abuse victim of her own family and was left to die (she also experimented on others for the grimoire and her victims also used her.) Her three supers are based on her GBF Charge Attacks (her original CA and her new CA.) Her second Super/Install is likely based on her signature Skill, which changes the Field and makes both Allies and Enemies hit harder, while the third Super is a Counter Super. As for the next/last character, he’s Grimnir, the God of War. He’s a Primal Beast and part of a group of 4 Primals who reign over elements (Grimnir/Wind, Shiva/Fire, Europa/Water, and Alexiel/Earth.) He’s a Chuunibyou and a soft guy, who also has immense power over Wind (he’s a Raid, like Zooey/Grand Order.)

I'm glad GranBlue has darker tones and that Cygames isn't afraid to share that in their upcoming games. It's cool that we also have a playable Primal Beast now. On another note I was curious if Zooey was a Primal Beast because she seemed like she had some sort of mystical power being able to turn into a dragon and all. I'm still a baby when it comes to the lore so.

@@BraveBirdFGC Zooey is a bit more then a primal beast, she's a keeper of balance to be more exact. Basically if things go sideways she is dropped in to 'restore the balance' there was even an event in the mobage where she's about to erase you from existence despite being your friend because you were going to break the balance.
