I'm not a muslim but I want to say I also loved The Middle East Food. Started as a child growing up in a city with multiple race. Though I didn't have many good childhood memories bec I was suffering from trauma That I didn't know, I also don't understnd what '' love truly means'' before(bec of trauma) I feel scared with the man I truly love, so I ran away and choose the one I don't LOVE...bec there was no tension of Fear and Pain in my heart and Thought if I married to the guy I have no feelings my fear will eventually disappear. And I thought my feelings will develop as time passed but it didn't end up that way.. because we both don't how to express love. But still am grateful I was able to experience being part of different people and their culture and was treated with love and respect not to mention my love life was at the peak of exploring at those time or ignorant of love... I thought go with the flow type, just to have a companion bec I was afraid of being alone (since child I feel abandon longing for the lost love'' grandpa'') , so my adulthood was looking for attention and love) luckily i came crossed some good people (men and women) who cared for me. Though I may not say their name but they are sealed in My mind and heart the contribution they made or played a crucial part of my life journey or history someday to look back. The lesson and experiences I learned with different culture Chinese, Muslim, Indian, Japanese when it come to treating a person right with respect, and kindness are all the same. Although am more Comfortable with the Chinese culture, and tradition that I'm more familiar as a child bec of my closed bond with my Chinese grandparents. But over all, That is where my maturity came from how to treat people with kindness (golden rules)to treat... how we wanted to be treated. Be kind and nice no matter what the race. The real treasure(S) of this World lies in the good people, they are the real gem(S) and blessing(S) in this world.. They Brought good memories to our lives that last a lifetime ... To make the story short.. Muslim dish is also among my favorite. Thank you for the love and care from the Muslim family especially the mother and the sister I came crossed at my 20's, who treated me very nice even I was so naive those times they were very patience even I can't speak their language, yet they treated me as part of their family. Also to my Muslim friends from high school and college for their love and kindness. I had cherished all the wonderful memories. THANK YOU ❣️💕
