This is why I look forward to Lewis move to Farrari. In the same car that George started ahead of him in, Lewis made up the gap, while George couldn't improve his position the entire race. Mercedes is invested in trying to make George look like the better driver but it just doesn't work out like that. If Lewis was in the Farrari could he have won? Could he have finished ahead of George and Max? But Lewis in the Farrari is a major upgrade Farrari needs. They have the car,but not the driver. Every time Russell gets left behind, he says the problem is with the car. I guess it didn't matter, but he started the race 10 grid positions ahead of his teammate, and by the end of the race, the difference between the two cars had decreased to DRS distance. It would be nice if it was a little more realistic. He's starting to become antipathetic.

Why does everyone think Lewis is some god of f1 he had the fastest car for 7 years and won 6 championships {should of been 7 robbed 2021} Vettel did it with Red bull, Schumacher with Ferrari and Verstappen with Red bull put any off them in the Sauber, Haas or Williams lets see them win the championship then. Stop putting these drivers on such pedestals 90% of the championship is down to the car and team.

Killer transition

You can see the shock on Lewis' face. He was beyond certain that something was up. Probably could've heard just before the interview from some of his trusted guys in the garage what Merc had illegally done to give Russel the advantage. He was evidently shaken (whilst calm), almost as though he was thinking "are these guys really stooping this low to have me lose at all costs"...Lewis knew at the time of this interview!
