Hi guys! Hoping to get an answer. I work for a tech startup as well, it is frustrating since my company does not really have a Target customer, we have contact everyone and anyone (even if they would not fit into our concept). Can we actually benefit from this? (I am a bit skeptical, as you see) and if not, how can I make my company understand that? -BDR
@elliotdaigneault15289 ай бұрын
Hey! From what I am hearing, this is a very typical issue with any startup. The lack of Product-Market Fit. This is the single most important porblem to figure out for any startup. And acquiring PMF is a matter of life or death. Now, it is normal to kind of wander and attack various clients when in search of PMF. However it's important to also quickly focus on a specific vertical in order to concentrate your forces. Startups are short on time and resource... and those should be used as efficiently as possible. As for how to make your company see it... well if they dont see it soon, they will crash and burn. One way or another, it will be seen :p

@@elliotdaigneault1528 thank you for the reply. Another thing I have noticed, since last August, the whole sales team that has been hired has no experience in sales, filling roles where normally you’d need 4-5 years of experience or prior knowledge for. Can this be counted as a red flag? My ex colleagues say that when someone has no experience, and no knowledge, it’s easy to control that person. Also, is how the process makes absolutely no sense and we have companies paying for a platform that no one uses because the company does not want to invest in marketing. Should I run away?
@elliotdaigneault15289 ай бұрын
@@Stephanie-tk5rm why do you think that sales roles require 4-5 years experience? Normally sales people are the opposite of easy to control lol. it's actually the hard part... putting some form of boundaries around them. So no, I wouldn't think its a red flag simply based on those points.

Starting this comment thread being very clear that just had goosebumps deja vu's. You and I are quite similar individuals it's just that you started long back and I just started out. But the mindset and attention to detail that came across the video was literally mind-blowing. Posting this comment with the hope if we can figure out a way to collaborate in terms of KZbin as well as business.

Great video! What is your best advice for young tech startup CEOs working on their first company? It would be great to see a video on that! I just graduated from UC Santa Barbara and am now working on my startup, Coast, a social road trip app to enhance your travel experience!
@elliotdaigneault15284 жыл бұрын
Hey Lili. That's a great idea. Perhaps i'll get around to filming such a video some day :). But in short i'd say don't try to get it all perfect the first time around. It will be a learning curve and you will mess up. Move fast, adapt, stay lighweight/agile and surround yourself with extraordinary people that you admire. On another note, I would love to hear more about your own startup. Shoot me a dm on insta and tell me all about it :) @hrh_elliot

Hi
@AnandSukumaranNair3 жыл бұрын
The role of a CEO is different depending on the stage of your startup. In the very early stages, when your team is just you, and your co-founder, and maybe one another employee, you're supposed to do pretty much everything. Ideally most of your time should be spent on talking to customers, or writing code (if you're technical). "Management" is not even a thing at this stage, because you don't have anyone to manage. But once you have 10+ employees, things starts getting different.

Hey! I was 23 years old when everything got started. It was back in 2015. How did I do it? wow, that would require a whole video to explain, but all in all, with asking myself some fundamental question, the likes of which would be: Is there a problem... and can I solve it?

Million Dollar Income Potential in Ruvol I have invented a Board Game [still unpublished] that is guaranteed to be far more challenging and exciting to play than CHESS. I called it “RUVOL.” Over time, Ruvol will surpass chess as the “Number One Board Game in the World.” Why am I so sure about this? Because I am an avid chess player myself. I found chess to be so repetitive that any clever player could easily master the moves to a point they could even play against opponents blindfolded. It is for this reason I invented a game where every game is always a new challenge and exciting to play. Since Ruvol is yet “unpublished,” I am extra careful in fully disclosing how it is exactly played, lest it might be “plagiarized.” The “BEST PREVIEW” I can give, more than enough to appreciate how the game is played, is as follows: 1. Ruvol is almost somewhat played like chess. [I invented Ruvol primarily to give chess a direct “apple-to-apple” competition.] 2. Like chess, Ruvol is a board game for two players. 3. If the chess board is square in shape containing 64 squares in all, the Ruvol board is rectangular with more number of squares in it. 4. If each chess player has 16 pieces, each Ruvol player has same number of pieces as well. 5. If each type of chess piece moves in a distinct way, the Ruvol types of pieces move in distinct ways, too. 6. If to win the chess game requires tactical skills or strategic thinking, the more the Ruvol requires of it. 7. If the way to win chess is to checkmate the opponent’s king, the way to win Ruvol is entirely different but far more exciting and challenging. In my Google search, I learned there are around 800 million chess players in the world. These 800 million players comprise the “Total Potential Buyers” of Ruvol across the globe. At an average profit of just US$5 per set, the “Global Income Potential” of Ruvol then is US$4 billion. Assuming only 1% of it will buy each year, the annual global potential sale is US$40M. I AM SELLING MY COPYRIGHT TO RUVOL. For the reason that I don’t have enough resources to produce, distribute, and market Ruvol on a global scale, I find it “wiser” to simply sell my copyright. If you are interested to buy my copyright, email me your BEST PRICE OFFER-[the copyright going to one with the highest reasonable bid]. Or if you know someone willing to buy my copyright, you are entitled to a 10% commission. On the other hand, if you have a “much better option” in mind than what I am proposing here, don’t hesitate to let me know. Thanks and God bless. RODOLFO MARTIN VITANGCOL The Ruvol Inventor [email protected]

Actually trading has not been easy for me, lost a lot of money through +500,FBS,also loss of my funds to trading assistants and copy traders, almost gave up on forex/bitcoin trading but friend of mine introduced me to a good broker,at first I thought it was another way to waste my hard earned savings but my greatest surprise was my investment of $2500 came out with $31,500 in 48 hrs of trade, you just have to be patient with this man Mr Marco Tulio till trades are completed successfully ... to be honest I didn’t just recovered all my previous losses, I made much more than my past expenses. Actually he charges 20% commission which won’t affect you in any way once your trade is successfully completed because his trading efficiency comes with multiple investment, I personally recommend Mr Marco Tulio on Instagram @tradefx_with_Tulio , reach out to him and believe me a trial will convince you +1 (929) 367-1875
