If you I have to choose one, Thailand is the better choice than the Philippines since the food, accommodations, and infrastructure are the most important for travelers which Thailand got them at the best. The language barrier is not a problem since there are many of the technolog of language translators to choose from. The Philippines has more beaches and oceans waiting to discover, but a good transportation is hard to get for those places.

I also did this activity before. The youtube videos doesn't do justice on how high it feel when you jump down. It was really scary. I'm glad I was able to do it but I didn't jump the last one, too high for me.

Howcome noone told you not to look at the bottom while descending and not to look up while ascending? Your chin must always be pretty much lying between collar bones. And while descending you should really be looking at the surface rather than bottom. =) Good luck and have fun anyway.

If your a English speaking native of you use english as your second language it would be easier to communicate with the locals here in Philippines..not all speak fluently in English but you'll survive..much easier to ask directions and communicate.

Filipino here but i say Thailand for the win Its way cleaner and rich in culture compare to our country. This country is a dump of slams and trashes due to irresponsibility and undisciplined people. Its embarrassing really. The country itself is a paradise it's the people that made it a dump. Poverty is a huge factor and next is corrupt politicians. Specially this current president not paying his taxes right. Since he's in power the case got thrown out due to his sympathisers. Sad really.

Philippines is a diverse country. Friendly and religious people. Many nice hotels and resto. Good food and pristine nature. PH has so much to offer.

Thailand is the same league with Vietnam, Burma, Laos. Philippines is associated with the Malay race, many spoken dialects are similar with Bahasa and its just that it was colonized by Spain and somehow lost main core of its native culture and 80 percent of the citizen’s surnames are Spanish names. But I love Thailand as well.

You should compare Thailand to Vietnam/Cambodia/Laos. They are next door neighbors and share some cultural similarities-religion, philosophy, cuisines; even their languages are similar to one another. Philippines is unique. Our culture and history are distinct from theirs. Philippines are made up of islands, so obviously it is going to be more challenging and more expensive to travel from one place to another.

There is no comparison, if for just a visit try to explore both countries when you want to live thats another story, Philippines is very different from Thailand,in culture and nature coz PI is more westernized and tropical Islands(consist of thousands of islands, watefalls,caves and volcanoes, ( that's why its a little expensive in travel), to travel just for food not for the sake of exploring unique nature, food can be available that in your own country. Keep safe enjoy travelling

Foreigners like to compare Thailand and the Philippines. Please stop doing it because each culture, language, religion, social life, geography, history, and politics is unique. You don't give justice to both countries. Just my two cents.

Additional pointers in culture topic: Thailand is more on traditional Asian culture as it is influenced by traditions from Chinese, Indian and Malay which is more authentic to the tourist and travelers internationally while the Philippines is more on colonial culture which is influenced by the colonization from Spain and United States that's why its more on Westernized rather than having an authentic one. Generally, most tourist is merely attracted to a country with genuine and authentic culture which obvious Thailand is more attractive for visit. No offense to Pinoys/Filipinos seeing this✌✌✌

Philippines is the best country that's why it's underrated by the hypocrite people of the world because they jealous our country you can see in the map that the Philippines is geographically design by God without any land borders yet surrounded by body of water so you can run out of beautiful beaches. Filipinos are flourishing around the world because we can easily adapt the environment, the food and we are resilient and friendly people. Most of all Filipinos are the most kindest people in this planet because during the Holocaust when the Jews are seeking refuge for their lives the Philippines is opening it's door for them. Our country Philippines is showing compassion and empathy to the world by not opening it's door for Jew refugees, the Philippines also open it's door for Russian & vietnamese refugees not only opening for refugees but helping a friend & ally to fight communists invasion in south Korea during the Korean war. So, not only the beautiful nature we Filipinos can be proud of but also the contribution of the Filipinos in the world by helping the world in giving health care for the people of the world with the Filipino nurses flourishing around the world. Filipinos skilled workers who are helping the world in rebuilding nation. So Filipinos are incompatible! I know why you're making content about the Philippines and the Filipinos but it's fine because you benefited from doing videos about the Philippines and the Philippines benefitted from you too it's a win-win situation.
