These kids don't know what they're listening to, especially the one on the left. He's just a rasict cause he doesn't want to admit this Irish musician is better than Jimmy at his own music. So stupid

It’s difficult to say he’s the greatest when talking guitar players but this genius is really a serious contender

Gary Moore is the best guitarist. This was a big Fender Anniversary Celebration that they asked Gary perform at. That was Jimi Hendrix's actual renowned red Fender guitar he was playing. Gary Moore started out playing with Skid Row, Thin Lizzy, BBM, Coliseum. He's played in all kinds of genres, hard rock, heavy metal, rock, jazz fusion, blues & blues rock. He was born in Ireland & Thin Lizzy was an Irish rock band which included Phil Lynott. Gary finally went out on his own & was Europe's Stevie Ray Vaughan. BTW, he was the ONLY performer at the Fender Celebration to receive a standing ovation. Check out his other music: "Still Got the Blues"- Montreax 1990 "The Loner" "The Messiah will Come Again"-Montreax 1990 -The fretwork is amazing & up close camera work. Greatest guitarist & songwriter extraordinaire. He plays with the fire & passion it takes to be a great! His faces he makes are a product of that passion. He died in 2011 of a heart attack.

Could you please stop muttering and mumbling during Gary´s performance. If you have something intelligent to say, please stop the music and say your piece, instead of trying to cut across the music in full flow. I will not be watching your channel again. You are the worst kind of amateurs.

Moore was a quantum leap over Hendrix--artistically and technically. Hendrix, Van Halen, et al. were one trick ponies. Meaning--they could only play in one style. Moore mastered rock, fusion, jazz, heavy metal, blues, etc. If you don't believe me, watch Moore's live rendition of 'Separate Ways.'

I was at Stevie Ray Vaughn's last concert the night his helicopter crashed after the show at Alpine Valley, Wisconsin August 26th 1990. I believe he was 38 years old. The next morning was one of the saddest days of my life. The lineup was Eric Clapton, SRV, Robert Cray and Buddy Guy. RIP SRV!

Had to agree with the many comments regarding talking over the performance. Stop it ! You're missing so much. With Stevie, it's a story he's telling, everything flows organically thru him and out into the universe. Watch this again, if you have not already, plugged in, uninterupted, and without speaking to anyone. You should hear what you've missed. ☮️to all. RIP, King SRV

Gary Moore is definitely worth listening to more. If you're not familiar with his stuff, I recommend you listen to his live performance of Still Got The Blues (it's easy to find, it's the one with 85 Million views).

Just found this video. Great that you guy are listening to it. The performance was in 2004 at Wembley arena as part of the 50th anniversary of the Fender Stratocaster. They had David Gilmour, Amy Winehouse, Brian May, Paul Rodgers, Joe Walsh. And Jimi Hendrix died in 1970. He was part of the '27' club along with Amy Winehouse, Jim Morrison and Kurt Cobain who died too young
