you can open the Bonnet press E on it so you dont have to take it off... you click the blue arrows on the side of the lift to raise and lower it

To move the lift up and down enter mechanic mode and then use the pointer to click on the up and down arrows on the left post.

People complaining about the DLC or even the Deluxe edition have two issues: 1st: They’re ungrateful, the game is freakin cheap and arguably better than most AAA racing games released not too long ago (apart maybe from FH5), so a 10 bucks DLC on top of the 20 bucks you’ve paid is definitely not bad at all, stip crying as if they should give everything for free, they’re a small team working their ass off, just look at the amount of feedback and updates we got since early access??? It’s normal that the game has issues but they’re clearly hauling asses in that studio, you can’t deny it! 2nd: You have reading skills issues, Deluxe edition never included upcoming DLCs… Anyways, imo that DLC rocks, you get the whole Interlagos replica plus another big ass track that feels like a mini Nurburgring! I’m personally very happy with this and will continue to support.
