@ It depends on the map and what enemy and friendly ships I have on my side. I’m a very aggressive player. If there’s islands I’ll push up with friendly DD’s and just zip in and out of islands. If there’s more open water I’ll stay more at my max range and just stay angled and throttle juke. The later into the match it gets the more dmg you’ll do to the enemy team. Anyone half health or less you can melt with a reload boost. If you time the reload booster right there nothing anyone can do.

@Stouzough don't waste your time playing. It's economically not feasible without spending money. Or investing exorbitant Amount of time into the game. The game state as of 2024 is garbage compared to a few years ago.

I have played this game for 10 years, since Closed Alpha Test. As most of my viewers know, I am involved in many volunteer programs. I used to always do the Public Test missions, and I always get my Twitch Drops and redeem bonus codes (there's a channel on my discord for this). In addition, I participated in competitions in the past which often awarded doubloons or ships. For example, I've actually won FIVE Tirpitzes over the years, two on the same day LOL. Finally, I don't spend doubloons. Ever. I respec captains via Elite Commander XP. The $20 didn't even go to Wargaming. It went to the USS Texas museum which at the time was in dire need of repairs. As for reasonable time investment, that's really up to you. I hardcore played this game for 3-4 hours a day from Closed Beta until probably a couple years ago. I looked for opportunities to maximize XP and FXP gain by waiting until 200% first win bonuses, in which I would activate a day or two of premium time I had stored up. I am definitely an outlier in the resources I have compared to prettymuch everyone out there, especially when you factor in my lack of spending. However, I feel I am a testament to what an account could look like if you play something you really enjoy for 10 years.

@@Kilo3Cav19K While I may also feel the state of the game in 2024 is worse than say 2018, I'm still having fun playing. Otherwise, I wouldn't be doing this anymore. There is ZERO need to spend money in this game. In fact, in April/May, I did a speedrun for charity with SeaRaptor, OnlySmed, and AdmiralRevan. In two weeks, I managed to grind out a Shimakaze. Zero spend. And that's with chat forcing me to restart lines by donating to the charity. If anything, it proves that money is NOT needed to progress in this game. It's needed to accelerate progression or obtain premium ships in some cases. Volunteering. I also rarely ever spend doubloons, even before I got involved with various programs. It enables me to do crazy stuff like this every once in a while!

@@Lord_Zath Not sure what volunteering means for World of Warships. I know you can earn it by playing on the test server, supercrates, and ranked, but that's all I know.

I have also paid the iron price. Aside from premium time and recent blue boosters, most of my tech tree lines were ground the old fashioned way, back when it took over 100 games just to go from the tier 8 to tier 9!

The point is to get MOAR in game stuff haha. Honestly at this point, it's just for the memes and because I don't know of anyone else who can do this without spending the money needed to do this. And having enough steel to never need to play Ranked/CB is a real plus!

You are a Community Contributor apparently I've never heard of you. The game prays on those that have a Gambling Addiction. They as in WarGaming use mischevious practices, scummy wording, price gouging and are ultimately charging extra money for the same ship they have been releasing the last 2-5 years? Look at Jean Bart, then the Jean Bart B and any other BLACK Edition ship. Now its Gold Edition Ships? When will it end? This game has a dying playerbase, its only the new folks that have recently (the last 1-4 years) that really dont have a clue about just how toxic wargamings loot boxes, containers, yearly events can be. They upcharge for premium ships. lets not even go on about the game breaking bugs, such as the Invincibility glitch which is STILL working as of the recent patch to my knowledge. Not to mention all the FREE shit you get as a Community Contributor. You have over 1.5million gold. You get at least 10k gold Per year without paying out of pocket if you do Missions, Get lucky with daily crates and do the passes and other ways of getting doubloons. You also get access to a Press Account in certain situations which have basically Access to anything and everything a normal player does not, which includes the new ships in testing. That is also extremely toxic; as we all know how vehemently overpowered those ships can be. Staring at you Wisconsin. This is a LIST of ALL The Community Contributors that have left the game within the last 2-3 Years. (Some still play, but they dont support the Bullshit Antics and HapHazard manipulation anymore.) Hey I have a video on my channel about replay controls and how I use them. Two actually. Here's the most recent: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ppCYlq2qfsqprdk Going backwards in a replay has never really worked well. Most of the time you get a game crash. Sometimes the game just stops and sits for 3 minutes trying to figure out how to back up. In my experience, you're better off restarting the replay and fast forwarding via Insert key until the point you want to watch, and hitting Home key to resume normal speed.

Thanks for suggestions, I can enjoy replay and use them to learn on what happened. How long Is a replay file usable in the library? I Red questions about game versions uogrades which make prevoius replay old and Lost data.

I know a lot of people really enjoyed 16 inches of SAP when she first came out... my issue is just that she doesn't play like any other Italian BB really.

I didn't steal anything from MOYAI, but they did it to themselves! We covered games 2 and 3 of their match (unscheduled, so we picked it up). Game 1 went to MOYAI, but unfortunately for them, OHBOY won the following two to win the Best of 3!

@Lord_Zath Nope You shown second game. With Moya showing at 1:0 to Ohboy That was won by Ohboy, so that was 1:1 then. The next one was won by Ohboy, so it was then 2:1, for Ohboy against Moya. And then you shown another game Moya Ohboy, where you've shown the score at the start (on the top of the battle screen) Moya 0 - Ohboy 1, which a minute later you've switched to Moya 1 - Ohboy 0 (when it was already Moya 1 - Ohboy 2).... look it through; Check timing 5:59:47 of your youtube clip. And then: 6:02:48 ...

@@piotrpoleski2650 That is a game from the player perspective which allows viewers to understand how the game played out as a player of the game. I do this in order to give the viewers more insights into the tournament as well as have something to watch while we have long periods of waiting. Far better than a "be right back" scene that most other casters used to fill 25 minutes of dead time IMO. I literally say this at 6:00:50. The voting had not begun. It would clearly take some time before we would have another game.

Yep thanks! I caught it towards the end. With a 5 min delay, I was hyper focused on making sure everything else was working. As you can imagine, a lot goes on behind the scenes to put this together.

It's a fantastic tournament open to all players, and all players have a shot at being drafted onto teams. You're seeing players with 40% win rates playing alongside players with 60% and higher. What an accomplishment!
