Jumping in to absolutely AGREE with you about people's advice. Good lord, if I did everything people said I "should" do, I would have gone crazy long ago. (Crazier than I am!) From: "All you need to is carnivore/vegan/paleo/mediterranean/intermittent fasting/etc. etc. etc." to "You don't know what you're doing or talking about." These _strangers_ know ZERO about us and our lives, our history, our labs (even if we share them online), or our psych history. Even the people who say, "You're doing it the easy way" need to stfu because, for most of us, this is _not_ easy, but hard-ass work. I consider my Mounjaro my injection of Motivation! From in bed for 10 years to now taking my morning walks for 4+ miles and soooo much more in my life has changed/transformed/been reborn because of GLP-1s. You are on the right track and you do you! You're a great example to others. Just a tad about me: My diabetes is in remission, heart failure _gone,_ liver disease _gone,_ kidney disease _normal,_ and so much more. I started at 405 lbs. and today weigh 139 (I cannot even believe that number!). I am a super-responder ( as are my 2 kids who were in tirzepatide, too... the docs say it is in the genes), so lost a lot and in under 3 years, but I also worked really hard at it and have only lost 7% of my muscle according to the serial DEXA scans I have had. You're doing great!!! Keep up the forward momentum. You're almost to that 100!

Hi I appreciate your videos. I would love it if you did a video with information on your exact dose - this way we have an idea on what dose you are thriving on or having side effects on. I understand you not wanting to talk numbers and people can be so mean about it. I’m not one of those people. Maybe if you ask your provider or show the vial concentration (?? mg in ?? mL and ?? total mL) and how many units you’re taking from that vial. But only do so if you’re comfortable - I’m not stressing it but would love to know more ❤
