It goes directly into the lower leg. With the syringe you should aim at the space between the thin tube and the lower leg.

Buena, está la ruta Strava en la descripción del video... pero es por el Molino para arriba, son sus 800-900mts de desnivel hasta hualtatas y un poco más hasta el Avión.
