If they both agreed that he'll get 10%, I think as gentlemen, they should stick by what they agreed on, whether written or verbal. The whole process was verbal. There was no written agreement for him to link them up with the car seller or stand for them to pay installmentally. That said, friends can sometimes play on word. 😅😅
