Check if you have given proper URL to open website! Also check chrome driver is downloaded and URL of chrome driver should be given properly in the code.

You are correct. To be fair she does sound very tired. She must be making many of these videos hoping to gain subscribers and make some money. She probably still has to work and study and maybe she has children and family to care for too. I doubt very much her life is an easy one so I salute her for trying.
