It's MDir III, Shareware DOS Shell app developed in mid-90's south korea. It was popular and used widespread among DOS users in 90's South Korea.

@@kinophio I can't seem to find this particular rendition of One Night in Neo Kobe in those downloads, nor in the other IMS/SOP sets uploaded to Vogons. Would you be able to make it available to download somewhere? Thanks!

@@Aistarin In fact, that IMS files were downloaded and archived when I was active on BBS in the 90s South Korea. After 20 years, I can hear it again with a real OPL3 chip. I'm thinking of picking a technically superior IMS file and uploading it somewhere in my personal selection, but for now, I have no idea to upload it separately. Sorry.
