PS: ik zou wel willen snappen hoe het zit met het visceraal vet, ik zit op dieet omdat ik eigenlijk alleen maar van mijn visceraal vet afwil of ik begrijp het niet. Visceraal vet is toch het vet rond je buik? Hoe kan het dan dat het visceraal vet bij Martyn is toegenomen? Ik begrijp daar echt helemaal niks van. Zijn buik ziet er geweldig uit!
