Thanks for the livestream, its quite helpful. Even if I'm a bit late to the party I have a question too. Ive been using tabnine for about two month with pro, I switched from copilot due to the outdated responses. Now even if tabnine is a bit ahead it still lacks behind on a lot of documentation updates for other software/APIs that havebeen introduced this year. In my case I use Godot 4.2 and tabnine is responding with Godot 3.5 which is always a hustle to translate. Is there a way for me to point to the newer version somehow? Do I need enterprise for that? I really like the concept of a copilot but it is not really improving my work performance whenever I query things I know how to do myself due to the outdatedness and the extra steps that are required. Additionally tabnine will not utilize my code in order to make suggestions it will always return to the outdated answers with complete disregard of how I have working sample code. Just as a example Obj.Position.Y exists in my code and tabnine will insist that it is written Obj.RectPosition.y, I think its important that the AI takes my existing code into context on such occurrences that are basically exactly similar. Hope Ill get an answer here, the mail support response was a bit generic. Thanks again and keep up the work :P

Regarding the question about keyboard shortcuts: In JetBrains products, if using vim mode, I add this to my .ideavimrc: nnoremap <leader>? :action ActivateTabnineChatToolWindow<cr> vnoremap ? :action ActivateTabnineChatToolWindow<cr> It works the first time, showing the window and putting the cursor in the text box, but after that, it's hit or miss whether it'll put the cursor in the text box (as I feel it should). I'd really appreciate an action for `AddSelectionToTabnineChatToolWindow`, which would add the code inside of code blocks, prefixed or otherwise commented with filename, line numbers.

When I add /onboarding, I keep getting the below error Workspace context needs to be enabled in order to use the onboarding agent. But i have enabled the settings in the workspace "tabnine.experimental.workspaceContext": true, "tabnine.onboardingAgent": true Still I get the above error. Any idea what I miss?

Can you ask it to make all of the classes in a package public? Can you ask it to translate a kotlin file to java? Can you ask it to take a snippet of like 5 callback functions and to generate records for them and change the callbacks to pack the parameters into the records and invoke a function with the constructed record?

Tabnine is insane, I was working with an undocumented library on the Solana blockchain (typescript), tabnine just kinda filled the next 30 lines for me. Can't decide whether to be scared of being replaced or happy that I am more productive now.

Not sure how useful this is in practice as it seems blind to anything that is in a custom code base. Sure, if you use some common public API... but who does that?

When it would be availble to ask question related to the WHOLE codebase, but not just the current opened file.

I guess the codebase is referring to the project opened in vscode, right? Then, I wonder how large could tabnine AI handle it? Since now chatGpt are limited by token limitation. Besides, is the AI answers based on the lates online data? If so, better add surfed link, which could make the result more trustable.

Just gotten access to the chat beta, but it's not at all good at writing code or generating tests for some simple examples that I tried.

Unfortunately, the feature you mentioned is not available in the Pro version at the moment, and there are no discounted plans for the Pro version either. If Tabnine Chat were available in the Pro version, I would consider it, but it seems that Tabnine Chat is only available in the Enterprise version... Well, I guess I can lose interest then 😐
