Thank you for your clear demonstration. I agree with the other posts that this is an excellent video. Over the winter I bought a new JD 2032R and immediately removed the backhoe to install my rear mount snowthrower. It’s time to do some backhoe projects. When following the manual’s attachment instructions I hit a wall. The key point in your video that I wasn’t doing is to make sure the backhoe frame is level and a few inches off the ground and to connect the tractor hydraulic lines temporarily to accomplish this. Once I did this everything went flawlessly. This backhoe attachment system is much improved over my 1991 JD855, which I sold when I bought the 2032R. Thanks again for providing this most useful video for those of us fortunate enough to own this remarkable piece of equipment.

Ugh. Deere put so little effort into this. My x540 from 2008 same hopper same power flow . Is easier to install and remove the hopper w no 3 pt.

What to do if your tool will not turn the bolt to raise or lower the deck. Seems like the bolt on my X350 is frozen.

Need the installation video for this blade. Can not seem to find a video showing how to install it.

Edit -- I case it helps someone else who has all the parts unassembled. I found out the hole in the arms isn't the same distance from each end, it has a long and short end. Short end goes toward the back of the tractor, with the welded seams turned inward. Once you figure that out it eliminates a bunch of potential problems.

I couldn't find an install video to save my life but this video helped a lot even though it was inn reverse thanks.

Do you have to drill holes for the hanger bracket that holds the power flow stabilizer rod? I have the 60d deck it has two square holes that are vertical from one another.

Always great information love the videos. I have a 1023E so when I remove the cutting deck for winter, the lever that raises and lowers the deck, raise the rear hitch? And is there a lock out valve to hold that hitch in the position, thanks for great video.

Hi I have a 1025r 2018 can I do the same thing with my backhoe it did come factory what was differently how to remove my backhoe this seems to be a much easier way to do things .

Ugh not happy that we need to remove the frame and everything on the rear and then completely reattach the imatch hitch - kind of makes the imatch pointless if you want to use this device. :P

Just discovered my deck wasn’t setup right EVEN REMOTELY by the dealer (not you guys) when I went to level my deck. So friggin disappointing. Thanks for the video, though! Extremely hopeful. This would explain why my grass was getting cut super short even at “3.25”, which was probably closer to 2.25” in actuality.

Trying to follow your video for removal of mower deck; however, height adjustment dial is frozen. Any suggestions for getting the dial freed up?

And make sure Deere has the parts together correctly. Took me 3 times with the box blade tilting before i realized the right arm had the long side toward the tractor instead of the short end. IE: the sway link bolt hole is NOT exactly ion the center.

you really should delete this video and do another one with the bucket raised a bit so it doesn't hit the deck in backing off.

This is a great video. Could you make on the 260 backhoe installation? We struggled with one at the dealer, and I figured there must be an easier way to get it alligned.

I have a X330 and want to purchase this exact setup.. Do you have part numbers specifically for the x330 for the blade, bracket and whatever else I would need?

This is a good video but I need to see one on how to install a 44-inch blade on an x330. I am having a hell of a hard time trying to install it. Could you please do a video that can walk me through it.

interesting. I just bought a blade on the secondary market. It's a John Deere blade. I even had my local dealer check the serial number on the blade to make sure it fit a 330. I haven't tried to install yet because I was doing some research and mine doesn't have the same setup at all that yours has.

Thanks for this great demonstration. I plan on detaching the backhoe for a few weeks while I utilize a post hole digger. What happens to the hydraulics of the backhoe if it sits for a while, do I need to put blocking under the unit? Will the stabilizers begin to retract, will the bucket curl up over time? the backhoes attachment is about 700 pounds.
