You have to power off the phone, with the phone off hold volune down and press power button , with vulume button scroll up or down and look fo boot in recovery mode , to get into recovery is little tricky, you have to be quick , press power & volune up, and it;ll give you the recovery menu., I hope this help you , thank you

Mybay the iwatch has another protecion bisides the pin lock. cloud be MDM iCloud lock or some other hardware issue, I'm realy sorry for your device that is not responding properly.
