You have to contact the owner and ask to remove the device from his account , just sent him an email to his email that’s signed in the I watch. Regards

@gero35ful maybe I actually got thru a similar way. Downloaded a frp unlocker thru browser then disabled Android startup and gplay serv. Went back to the forgot pword and used assistant until edit popped up not bad for a 30$ phone 🙃

It happens when you replace the mother or the screen with a new finger reader you’ll have to recalibrate the finger print reader. Regards
