What is so sad is the pharmaceutical injury pushing high dollar antidepressants that work for less than 1/2 of people. Ketamine has been around for a long tine & used by vets. How can companies sell this drug that has a huge success rate for up to 1000$? This is a cheap drug! Unfortunately for pharmaceutical companies don't make them a lot of $$ unless they gouge it. Its a big reason doctors won't prescribe older drugs that work. While people argue about Gas or grocery cost, I see pure ignorance as these 2 items have virtually zero margin. How it is legal drugs charges vary widely(100s to 1000s). This is criminal. So sad

I dont get it! isn't that the purpose of this profession? Treating your health obviously in exchange of money! Not everything can be FREE! can it ?? Its like saying, we drink more water after we empty our bladder, isn't that obvious? As much as people dont ask to be sick, doctors or nurses never pray for someone to become sick as well!...

Thank you sooo much for this interveiw. As someone who has just or is just opening a new studio, and is hybrid in my style, love the online concept, and as someone who has been trying all softwares since June 2024, if Arketa didn't come across my instagram, I wouldn't have stumbled across this or had my little half hour meeting today, but the fact that this is their mission, the fact that she is a woman, and it's a woman owner based software, relieves me in ways you cannot imagine as I felt in all other softwares, they are masculine, they are male dominated and I just don't see how I was fitting in. It was all about numbers to them but not the right ones. It was about how much I was going to pay for the software, and I just felt like my needs may have been lost in the dollar prices. Not to mention as a solo preneur start up studio, who wants to be spending $500 a month on software they're not sure is going to work yet. Most guys I know who have tried to sell me software, are techies, not really into yoga or fitness, but they've done marketing or sales, so she definitely changes the game and I looove her passion! It is inspiring and I'd love to support Arketa as opposed to other agencies that hae multibiliion dollars investing in them, that are bulkier and not working properly or properly for me and my needs at this time.

Listening to these people speak my methodology just puts so much anger in me. When I was saying these things to everyone, what he's explaining to you in the video everybody would make fun of me. These words were never ever spoken or never even heard till I brought them up. And whenever I did bring them up I was laughed at made fun of called the troll. Now I have these reject bozos running around talking my methodology acting like they know. Listen. You can go to my crava And check for yourself. Go as far back as you want. In the first upload you will see is going to be over unders. Nobody even knew what that was You will see short, intense intervals, multiple of them in a series tapering up and down on intensity and time. There is nobody on the planet that exists with the information that I have and can prove my words If you guys can find me somebody that has the information that I have and dates back further than mine I will delete all my social media. You know how I know it doesn't exist because it just doesn't. I am the first to ever do this. If the pros were not doing it and we're arguing with me and their trainers were arguing with me then I know for sure 100% that I am the only one I said find me anyone that dates back doing structure training with a series of intervals to increase their fitness. Prove me wrong and not only will I delete all my social media I will find the closest light post and suspend myself from it till I cease to exist.

These reject bozos stole all my methodology and have been using it without even giving me any credit. There was no one on the planet that dates back as far as crava goes and shows only structured training. Nobody was doing it. Trainer road was only trying to educate everybody on how to increase your base miles. That's what cycling training was. It was base miles and how to grow them. He'll climb repeats and motor pacing. That is what cycling training was till I came around and convinced everybody that short intense efforts are the key and will be the future to cycling training. When I was saying this close to 30 years ago people were laughing at me when the internet started and I started saying these things. People were calling me a troll and laughing at me. Trainer road blocked me because they could not understand what I was saying. Every time I would explain to them anything about short intense intervals they would laugh at me and call me a troll. Literally the whole comment section would just go off on me. 15 years later everyone's doing my workouts and started to understand my methodology. What I've spoken here is the absolute truth..

I am the original, whatever this guy's trying to be. When I was working out off the bike everybody was making fun of me saying that that is not proper training for road endurance cycling I am the first person to ever create modern cycling training using short intense intervals. Without me none of this would exist. When I was bringing these things up to Trina road 15 years ago they were calling me a troll. And that I didn't have no idea what I was talking about They blocked me. How can you block someone that is trying to educate you? They blocked me because they couldn't understand what I was saying. 15 years later everyone is using my methodology and has forgotten all our arguments. Like I said before, without me none of this would exist. I am the father and gave birth to modern cycling training.

It’s possible that Tim Gurner may resonate with the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, and the practice of kirtan. I noticed he mentioned a lot of things that the Bhagavad Gita synthesises; like spiritual discipline, duty, the practice of yoga, awareness and consciousness. It would match his current pursuits in life which is wellness, fitness, and spirituality. Kirtan seems relevant to his community interests too, because it is also communal. Its instruments include mrdanga and kartels for percussion, and the harmonium. Its sung in a call on response style and is devotional in style. Popular in Gaudiya Vaishnava and Sikh traditions. He would probably connect to the mantras that are chanted in kirtan, given his mention of the live music he described at St Haven and the other venue/club. The exclusive feel of St Haven also has parallels to the philosophy in the gita which talks about the four varnas of Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishya, and Shudra. There’s an order and structure to society: the priests, warriors, merchant and labourers. Each varna plays their part. Gurner also mentioned that younger generation should struggle, that if things need to get worse before they get better. This is similar to the idea of cyclical time of the four yugas, which sees time not as linear, but as a cycle. That we are currently in the worst period, which is the Kali Yuga, the period of strife and quarrel, and that eventually the avatar Kalki come down, destroy the Kali Yuga and usher in the Age of Truth, the Satya Yuga. The Bhagavad Gita is Eastern Philosophy, but for Gurner, it’s probably a good text for him, since he resembles the spiritual entrepreneur archetype.
