Good show, good discussions, like on BFS, but especially the theme of just having fun, enjoying different species- and that time catching drum and being goofy with Rudd- lots of YT channels need that lightness, keeping perspective of what it’s all about! Fish markets and stocked ponds if all someone wants is fish.

At age 75 I was thinking of how I could get this old. I thought back to being much younger and pondering my diet. Turns out it was quite high in venison, trout, pheasant, duck and the like. Grew most of my own vegetables too, because it was fun. Canning and freezing where convenient.

2024 was the year of BFS power fishing for me. 7’ medium, 20 pound sufix 131 on the curado BFS. 16th oz micro jigs and micro Texas rigs straight jackin em. The curado BFS can take an absolute beating. So much freaking fun.

The zx 200 was my favorite. I now have the zxr 19. It's huge. I thought I wanted the 20. Not sure yet. If I do it will be the fxr l. My only dislike is the skeeter trailor is to high in the water. I hope u guys lower the boat on the trailor. Have a good year. Keep on with the best boats made. 😂😂

I fished the same hole of the east Gallatin river in every month of the year for a good 20 years for trout. Water temperature didn't matter to me. 8 pounds was the biggest fish I got. Rainbow.

Crazy this guy inspired me to keep my five bass to make my Bass bigger around here in the north I don’t think people keep enough bass up here that’s why I think the fish are so small. I’m gonna try to keep my five and start eating them.

Wow 2025 is going to be amazing listening to the excitement and pure joy of what direction each of you is taking just magnifies the love of staying tuned in to what your channel produces! Just your new screen layout is awesome added host and still spreading the love of teaching and learning everything bass. I hope you will continue or share anything new with the fantasy fishing league even though I sucked at it I learned a lot about these pro elite anglers and look forward to 2025 season. You really can’t go wrong with ice fishing content nor pan fishing catch and cooks that’s a win in my book. Let’s go 2025 it’s going to be fabulous tight lines take care and God bless.

This was an excellent podcast. I love finesse fishing in cold weather. Snappin Tubes, Ned Riggin...I've been on a pretty cool bite using light shakeyheads and Zoom Finesse Trick Worms. That bite is so cool. I use a GLX 822S Dropshot rod with a Vanford 2500. Love it!!! Thanks for your show! Great content!!!

Awesome show guys! I have to disagree with Drew & Spencer on their sentiment that “traditional” fishing is just luck. I’m sure Clunn, KVD, Hackney, etc. disagree with them too. Guys who are consistently great all have to have a good understanding of fish behavior, scoping or not. No question though, if you want to compete at the highest level of fishing, you better get real good with FFS. Enjoyed the show and the information. Great stuff!
@SeriousAnglerBassFishingАй бұрын
@@RobHulverson completely agree with you! I think they mean there’s more luck involved as when you’re using FFS you’re more efficient on knowing if there’s fish there or not - hope that makes sense!
