How much you are suitable for gurugram ? if yes then join Capgemini. But if you are directly deployed on long trm project just go with LTIMindtree

Nowadays coforge hires employees on High packages but only for short time nowadays more than 3000 employees are in resource pool so I don't recommend this time to join coforge as many experience people still in resource pool

Go with accenture.ltimindtree is not a good company talking from my experience. more bench period for freshers and mostly support projects. Hike is horrible and not given on time.

1. To reduce ammount of employees 2. Promote their cafeteria, even I hard they ask charges from the small vendor outside office area(not verified) 3. So that employee pays 1000 rs per month to ofc for the bus fare(TCS) 4. Employees have issue in laptops during rainy season or damaged due to over croweded transportation and with help of laptop servicing they charge repair cost from employee which is actually higher than original price of that part(TCS) 5. They can deduct salaries 6. They recently loss a case ongoing from 2018 and they have to pay 1800 cr(TCS) 7. They can fully control employees life some time 10 to 11 hrs in ofc even the assigned task is completed and so on....

After merger the company has entered the category of worse. You have to crack 3 milestones during training which they conduct on a platform which is so glitchy and buggy which led to separation of almost more than half batch. Be careful guys be very carefully.
