Not at all..hes actually one of the bottom tier characters because hes really hard to master.. But if you do master him its truly a blast!

awesome combos but way too much effort for this dmg output. Steve sadly is not good in T8. Other characters can do 100 dmg with half the effort.

The reason why this happened is (I'm assuming) because the cop spawned after you entered cooldown (maybe the reinforcements countdown came to zero as soon as they missed you?). So basically that specific cop didn't knew who they were to chase, and saw a car driving at high speed and decided to chase. Since you were doing nothing suspicious at all you weren't chased, hence your cooldown was allowed to finish. This sometimes happens unwillingly in Level 1 chases. 😅

If the game resets you automatically you don't get busted

@@Sid483 back then, if you reset your car, you'd be stationary for a few seconds and that would somehow be enough to get the busted meter filled
