awesome combos but way too much effort for this dmg output. Steve sadly is not good in T8. Other characters can do 100 dmg with half the effort.

The reason why this happened is (I'm assuming) because the cop spawned after you entered cooldown (maybe the reinforcements countdown came to zero as soon as they missed you?). So basically that specific cop didn't knew who they were to chase, and saw a car driving at high speed and decided to chase. Since you were doing nothing suspicious at all you weren't chased, hence your cooldown was allowed to finish. This sometimes happens unwillingly in Level 1 chases. 😅
