Schiller's compositions touch the soul. Tricia McTeague is extraordinary and a perfect conduit for Shiller's artistry. She is a world-class empath whose voice and body language goes right to your soul. And she is beautiful - absolutely beautiful. In a world of trash talent and dumpster fire music, she and a few others soar above it all. Floor Jansen is the Valkyrie Queen front woman for Nightwish, then there's the terrifyingly beautiful and cosmically talented Simone Simons of Epica. They both share that sigma, world-class empathic ability. Tricia is all that but in such a heartbreakingly beautiful, down to earth, womanly sort of way. We shudder before the beauty of Floor and Simone. Tricia - Tricia is the woman you want to marry.

What I play is improvised based on a basic sheet found online. I never play what's written, just use the melody and chords to create my own version. Also, in this case, the basic sheet copy is in the key of A major but I played it in A flat major.

Hello Gianluca, the answer is that you can't get a score for the version that I played. I use the commonly available score for this piece and then embellish and improvise over that as I'm playing, as I would do for any piece of popular music. I've never created any scores as I'm not set up to do that. In any case, I'd never use it.

Hi Pete 👋 I really enjoyed your version! Sweet and jazzy. I’m trying to figure out the chords myself for the original with Vera Lynn singing, but some chords seem very hard to hear because the guitar is sort of buried in the background (which I understand, it’s not a guitar driven song (: ) anyways with your cover it helps me understand a bit more some of the chords I was missing.

Hello Pedro, thanks for your kind comments. Yes, the chords are very interesting. One of the reasons I played it slowly here was because I'd only just learnt the song but another is because I wanted to dwell upon those chords and hear them for longer! I love this so much! Two of my favorite songs; I play a basic version of Lady Madonna but this version blows me away, and then the transition to Sunny Afternoon takes it to another level. Some kind of rag time/jazz homage? Whatever your inspiration was, the end result is FANTASTIC! Listened to it many times and will continue to do so. My compliments sir!

Brilliant! I can't seem to find this sheet music you're using though. Looks like it's in A flat major instead of the 3 sharps I keep seeing in the sheet music online. Any chance of a link to this version of sheet music? Thank you and well done, love it!

Thanks for your kind comments. As with every popular music piece I play, I only use a sheet music copy to remind me of the melody, chords and some of the harmony or bass, then I'd embellish and improvise over this. In this case, I don't have a copy written in A flat major - it's a version written in A major but I find it easy enough to look at the chords and transpose them down a semitone as I'm playing. I did originally play this in A major, of course, but I thought it sounded better in A flat major and that it suited the piano to be played in this key.

Yes. With all of the popular music pieces I play, some of which you can see on my channel, I never play what is written in a standard music sheet arrangement. Of course, I use that initially but improvise and embellish it to make it sound more interesting.

Cheers! I've never made sheet music for the versions that I play. I wouldn't play it exactly the same way twice anyway. I've developed this cover over many years of playing it, originally by improvising and embellishing from the standard sheet copy.
