Looks useful. I use the 'foldet piece of cardboard' method, but it sometimes slips out under the pressure foot to early. Weird, that I've never seen them anywhere, I've been sewing for 2+ decades.

It's been on my list for...ummm...29 years to research what the heck this thing that came with my sewing machine is. I really should have taken the time to do that. Thanks! I'm imagining all the future times I won't be dreading tailoring my jeans. Ahhhh. Blissed out in advance.

I have the same scissors as you!! But mine are rose gold - i got them in a set as a xmas gift about 4 years ago. But i also have my gdmas old fabric scissors and those are like 40+ years old!
