I started my articleship in February 2023 and after 9 months, I took a termination and joined another firm. Now, I am leaving this firm as well. At the time of termination, do I need to add the working days and leave from my previous firm as well, or do I only need to calculate the working days and leave from my current firm?

HELP ME! Mumbai University might destroy my career Hey everyone, I really need your advice and help with a serious issue I'm facing with Mumbai University that's jeopardizing my career. Here's the situation: I'm a student at a college affiliated with Mumbai University. I appeared for my Semester 6 exams in BSc Computer Science during the summer 2024 session. On June 20, 2024, the results were declared, and I was shocked to find out that I had failed the subject Information Retrieval with only 12 out of 75 marks. This didn't seem right, so I immediately applied for a re-evaluation and requested a photocopy of my answer sheet on June 21. When I received the photocopy on June 22, I found that it was incomplete. It only included the supplementary sheet and not the main answer sheet. This raised major concerns for me, as it was clear that my evaluation couldn't have been complete. On June 25, I went to the Mumbai university with application to resolve this issue and I was lucky enough to get my application to the Director of Examinations and Evaluation, who directed me to the Registrar's office. Unfortunately, I was unable to meet the Registrar directly, as the official outside his office instructed me to meet a specific person in the Answer Sheet Scanning department. This individual informed me that he needed the attendance sheet from my exam center to obtain the barcode number of my main answer sheet in order to locate my main answer booklet. After a lot of hassle I get the attendance sheet from the exam center, and with this, the scanning department was able to locate my complete answer sheet. I received the complete answer sheet, including the main booklet, via email from the university on July 1, 2024. I thought this would resolve the issue, and my re-evaluation would be accurate. To confirm that the complete answer sheet would be considered for re-evaluation, I went to the university on July 2 and visited the Faculty of Science cubicle in the photocopy and result department. Unfortunately, I did not receive a clear answer. One official said that the whole paper would be considered for re-evaluation, while another said that I would only find out if the entire paper was considered after the results were declared. However, the re-evaluation results declared on the evening of July 3, 2024, showed that I had failed again, this time with 8 out of 75 marks. This is lower than my initial score, which seems impossible if the correct answer sheet was used. I suspect that the incomplete answer sheet might have been mistakenly used again for the re-evaluation. After receiving these results, I went to the university again with an application to resolve this issue. I went to the Director of Examinations and Evaluation, but this time the security outside the director's office told me to meet the official whose office is just outside the director's office(His designation is of a Stenographer), as the director was busy in a meeting. This official then directed me to the Deputy Registrar who handles evaluation and results processing. I went to the Deputy Registrar's office, but was unable to meet him as well. The person outside his office instructed me to fill out a grievance form regarding this matter. I filled out the grievance form and was informed that I would have to wait for a month. After this period, I will receive a letter at my home guiding me on the further process. I've already sent a formal request to the university to conduct a correct re-evaluation using the complete answer sheet, but I'm really anxious and worried about the delay and potential impact on my career. Has anyone faced a similar issue with Mumbai University or any other university? What steps did you take to resolve it? Any advice on how to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated. Hello Sir, Thank you for clarifying about these regulations. Please help me with this - I have started my Articleship on 16th April 2021 and it got ended on 15th April 2024. I have taken total 213 leaves during above mentioned period. I have went for exam leave on 1st April 2024 and came back to office on 9th May 2024. Based on portal total excess period to be served is 87 days which effectively calculated total allowable leaves as 126. Please clarify two things - 1) Whether period between 16th April and 9th May during which i was on exam leaves, whether this period would be counted in the extension period as actually served. 2) You have mentioned that 156-126= 30 days would be allowed as actually served. What is the source of the information, can you specify the section or regulation in CA Act, 1949
