Thank you for this song, Mike. I am reading J Frank Dobie's book, "The Mustangs", given to me by a beautiful Choctaw woman many years ago. It parallels the story you so beautifully tell. I wish many people could understand what we owe to the Spanish Mustangs. They suffered a lot when they crossed the big water.

Went to see Charlie @ Bluebird Theatre in Denver last night. Can’t get enough of this guys music. So heavy, and just really hits home for me. I’ve seen him a few times now, and I can’t get up the nerve to go talk to him. I feel like he has already said everything there is to say. Amazing artist. Long live Charlie Parr!!! Guy is so amazing.
