@@HelpinTamil , no. Not even exceed 10 secs. I checked with the toll-free number. They said maybe since the form is already submitted for another request it is not allowing. Actually I ticked both for correction and adding in the same form first. After several failure attempts "OTP EXPIRED". I unchecked "mobile number" and submitted the request. Actually it must be a glitch in the software. I once again called them and reported. They said they will check on it and asked me to try after few days.

yes, for 31 is used in case of owners death and for name transfer to the nominee. In this form the vehicle details like NAME, MODEL, MAKE, CHASSIS NO. ENG.NO. are to be mentioned and name of the expired owner, death certificate, heirship certificate are to be submitted to concerned RTO.

hi.... sorry for late reply. U can use annex like A,G, or H. after logging in u will be asked to fill the relevant annex. And for HM sign, U need to confirm this with the respective person whether they are authorised to sign or not, coz some person are specially authorised to sign this annex.
