If you are compromising your spine to try to lock out the kettlebell overhead, you’re simply lifting to heavy and need to be using a lighter bell.

Thanks for the excellent demonstration and explanation. I often find it difficult to follow what others are showing me - especially when they rush through it. But sometimes, when it's too slow, I start to forget the previous steps. (that's my own disability, not anyone else's fault). The exercises are fine but the video is annoying because the warmup and cool down are paced but the actual exercises are not. In other words, he does the warmup and cool down with you, but only explains and shows a couple reps of the six exercises. So you have to repeatedly pause the video. Not my favorite.
