i beat it without scepter, heres the strat use focus then shield so it'll make u have regular walkspeed while having shield on use stormbreaker e ability (upgraded or not upgraded) to distance from eyes (make sure to charge strombreaker quickly and use ability fast before eyes hit you) charge hedron and then quickly turn on gauntlet shield once far from eyes snipe the eyes with hedron when they change color if low keep shield on and use focus repeat this till u get all the eyes gone and shoot the brain. edit 1: added more info on stormbreaker distance might be harder for mobile players.
