I wish more people understood this. Micromanaging activity does the opposite if the worker produces results

I'm General Contractor and my mother was an Architect, I learned the boomer way to work 'whatever it takes, just do it', they focus on results. Millennials, like myself, are 37 yrs old. we do results but care more about the development. The achievement thru efficiency., but gen Z is a tremendously spoiled generation. Entitlement all day. I can't make it work, neither efficient, longer or harder, it's either they way or no working. That generation doesn't survive in construction. I had seen that pattern across the states. They are very good genius but don't like to follow orders.

We don't need motivation. We aren't retarded. We need to be recognized and rewarded like the past generations. But everyone just ignores us. That's the problem. So we don't care.

Unproductive, unclear and entitled response. Shocking. No one has ignored your generation. I’ve never seen people make more of a conversation about how to help you guys, but you’re being ignored? Keep making excuses tho

My mom is diagnosed bipolar, psychotic and angry. She has had hallucinations and has been in and out of psych wards all my life. She's 84 now. I visit with her every week. I feel bad for her. Her main problem now is insomnia and feeling crazy. She has attempted suicide several times. Thanks for sharing about your mom. ❤

Sorry to hear that. I can’t imagine being 84 suffering so long. My wife who’s in her 40s has Othello syndrome and as of this moment because of her delusion I’m in a motel staying the night by myself. I feel so bad for her

I’m going through something similar with a very close family member. I am curious if his Mom was taking medication regularly the last 30 years and that’s why only 2 episodes happened. It’s a difficult diagnosis to face and I know it’s common to be in denial how ill you are for many years. I hope my loved one gets to have 30 years that healthy. Bless him & his family. It’s not easy and he has such a great attitude. It’s inspiring to me.

Fact... Someone will always betray someone after money starts flowing... The partner will be humble in the starting of the business but if success kicks in pride kicks in then the next thing is hei you know what I don't give a xxx

This conversation was so on point for my situation. The surprising part was recognizing how I show up in these topics. It's made me aware of the role my actions impact, it's brought awareness to my shortcomings in my position, but most importantly, it's validated my perception of the people I am affiliated with. I have learned so much by listening to so many of your topics. Thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge and experiences.

In this position now. Got into a partnership w a guy that promised to help with everything & actually does nothing & isn't willing to make any sacrifices for the business like I have. He also doesn't know anything about the industry where I've been in the industry for 20yrs. He was a Green Beret & has a really hard time taking any direction from me whatsoever. Basically I'm stuck in it with him until I can go my own way. I've also realized he is either a narcissist or a manglomaniac

people just need to be given land because all i see if boomers buying land at a cheap price. and its being unused. people buy 100 to thousands of acres and its not being uses for food growth of anything. what a waste of resources. then because in the day it was hard to get your neighbor to work on your priorities unless you offered him something of equal value. but people are thinking too much of this rich and poor mindset. god isnt a respecter of people but loves all his children. so why are we all not loving our neighbor as ourselves?

I feel like a tool but sadly, i feel too weak to take back anything that was given withought consequence why? Because im not a monster. To those who would do such a thing is a monster who hides within a human cloak. Which is also sad 🤧

Life is not doing it the way you're doing it, not saying what you normally say, not thinking the way you think, etc. If you do change, this still will hold true. A tunnel leading to another tunnel.

I just stopped imbuing people with meaning, therefore there is no value to their approval. Everyones biased and constantly trying to project what they want onto you. Its because of this im non-conformist. I hate labels but its the only one I'll use when discussing this issue. To be clear I respect human life, and individuals, but good god I dispise groups and society.

“What you resist persists” is forever helpful. The general theme that the greats you mentioned did what needed to be done despite self doubt. That freedom is on the other side of just doing the work. Thank you for another gem of a video! Cheering you on as you train to lead the Revenant. So cool that you are taking the baton!

The Gospel of Jesus was originally one book, written by Lazarus in consultation with the Apostles [John 21:24] and published soon after Jesus left them on their own. The religion was hijacked by Rome, the Gospel was broken up scrambled adulterated into a bunch of competing narratives. Later four of those adulterated gospels were canonized with falsely ascribed authorship and a Gnosticism cover-story. It was the finding of an original Gospel of Jesus scroll in Jerusalem that gained the Knights Templar power over the Church and their eventual undoing when the church finally retaliated against them Friday 13th.

Honey you need to go to therapy and understand what self care really is. That’s a mom taking a shower for the first time by herself in two weeks. Without kids screaming at her for a juice. Bless your heart. This is a man speaking as a man. You just come off as a bad boss. If people are complaining that they’re overwhelmed after a vacation that’s a you problem. Reevaluate the work flow, be supportive, find a solution. What a concept right? Or go to social media and complain about your employees. That works too. I guess?

I love how people always call a shower in 2 weeks “self care” that’s self care in a sense but your not doing good if you can’t squeeze in a shower like once every 3 days kids go to sleep much earlier than you would expect and you can stay up I know this because my sister is very well caring of herself while taking care of two kids 3 and 4 while being a single mother
