2000rds since last cleaned? You must be running special ‘clean’ ammo 😂
@metalmadnesstv61743 ай бұрын
No just an assortment of ammo, I did polish the bolt and parts when the firearm was new, I also coated them with CRC High Heat food grade silicone before I ever shot the rifle. I am certain that the people using the rifle lubed it throughout the day. I have no reason to lie or misrepresent anything! You are more than welcome to join us here at GRSR anytime to see for yourself.

2:28 lol "its a little heavy" Come on, its obviously time to get rid of your my little pony pants and get on some big girl pants. The M4-22 is one of the lighter rifles out there
@tymz-r-achangin5 ай бұрын
I bought a Ruger 10-22 ans was the 2nd worse experience of any gun I've ever purchased. I even paid extra for the upgraded stainless steel barrel and stock, and Ruger sent me a piece of schit! Even after following all of Rugers recommendations of preparing the gun for its first rounds, breaking it in for a few hundred rounds, and using CCI ammo the gun kept having issues with light strikes and failing to feed and eject. I then did what everyone on youtube was saying which was I JUST HAVE TO GET the Volquarsen firing pin and extractor since that will fix the problem. NO it did not fix the problem and I got sick n tired of doing MORE time, work, and money on the gun than me getting to enjoy shooting the gun. I just got my M4-22 a couple days ago and right out of the box its doing nothing but eating any type of ammo and then spitting it down range! Tippmann got their act together!
@metalmadnesstv61745 ай бұрын
Tippmann Arms does have their act together for sure. They are great people and build a great gun that they stand behind!! On the Ruger 10/22 give Ruger Customer service a call 336-949-5200 they will send you a shipping label and you can return the gun for repair at no charge to you. Ruger stands behind their guns also.
@tymz-r-achangin5 ай бұрын
@@metalmadnesstv6174 Regardless of a company's warranty, I no longer put much trust into Ruger and I sold the 10-22 to get rid of it. After doing A LOT of research for several weeks I found that I am certainly NOT the only one who's had A LOT of problems with Ruger's 10-22 which use to be a VERY well-known 22lr rifle for its quality and dependability. I would have rather paid a little more money for the gun and got a properly functioning gun than for me having to then buy additional parts in attempt to make the gun function like it was advertised as. And I'm not gonna have to go through the long process of obtaining a return ticket, shipping label, packaging the gun, waiting for it to be shipped to the company, the time for it to go through the repair process, time for it to be shipped back to me just so I can have another of the thousands of guns that should of NEVER even left their factory in the first place.

ok. what advantage does that new trigger have? mine is stock and i find no problem with original.
@metalmadnesstv6174 Жыл бұрын
The factory triggers are great!! The drop-in triggers typically have a faster reset, and a flat face (not all) making it easier to and faster to fire the next round. Some of them also have a poundage adjustment. If you are satisfied with the factory trigger I would keep it in place. I have several with both triggers.
@davidbreen4353 Жыл бұрын
good video. I have owned mine for 2 years. i don't have that hand guard on mine. i noticed when you pushed that rod in you also pulled it back, my manual says to go from chamber towards front of barrel, not to pull it back. Anyway, i love mine, i haven't had a lot of time to go to the range lately. i only have a thousand or so rounds, cleaned it once, but sitting in the cabinet for some while, i am going to clean real good, and go shoot another (i have 6 magazines 25 round mags, 3 10 round mags)3-4- hundred rounds. i have never had a problem, shoots everything from 36 gr. to 40 gr. and i have a red laser that i haven't tried yet. i love shooting this gun. as fast as i can pull the trigger, it goes bang!

Make sure you don't set your bolt vertically when you spray it off - all gunk will get inside and will stay there. I use ultrasonic cleaner for bolts, then I just lube them slightly.
