Congratulations!!!! Yay!!!! I love that you are sharing stories. I went to a weekly 10 week session in Escanaba GLRC 4 years ago and begged to stay longer to learn more but unfortunately my insurance wouldn't let me. This did help me far more than any other. I did the Mindfulness workbook guide to coping with grief stress and anger book. I've been sober for 4 years 8 months and 9 days!!!

I know that staff in that circle. He worked at a metal hospital when he started out and he told me a story about when he worked there. He had to watch the men shave 🪒 so they wouldn’t do anything dangerous and he said he looks at one of them and he was filling shaving his balls. 😂 funny memory. Looks like he found his calling. 👍
