Mentoring program by BCAS is very much useful. A rich and experinced professional guides . Mentor's advise is invaluable in shaping mentee's career and success . In the year 2013, BCAS organized Mentoring program at welingkar Institute of Management at parel . I participated in this program and chosen to become life member of BCAS. I got immense knowledge from mentors assigned by BCAS. I am always thankful to mentors and BCAS.

How we can make life of citizens complex and miserable? This best classic case. Very difficult to understand by most of the resident members. 1) If society have 400 flat and collecting 4000/ as maintenance threshold of 20 lacs will cross.Will tax be applicable? Smaller society paying maintenance 8000 but not collecting above 20 lacs in year are they exempted? This is not clear in discussion. Rather than making life so complex govt should collect 5% gst from society. Should avoid inclusions / exclusions. Many society members are not ready to manage and take responsibility because they do it voluntarily.Make life simple sirji

With regards to the TDS on remuneration, there might be a practical difficulty where tax is deducted by the firm on thr actual remuneration paid or credited to the partner and subsequently, when the remuneration offered to tax by the partner is lower (since a certain amount is not allowed to the firm), there will be a mismatch between the amount reflected in AIS and the amount offered to tax by the partner.
