Great video. I bought infusible mug blanks and some infusible ink sheets a few months ago. I have been a bit nervous about making anything. Your video has made it seem so simple so I will definitely be decorating some mugs for Christmas.

I really like the way you made it. Do you have a written tutorial? It's hard to try to make this while watching the video and to keep pausing it. I made a different thread catcher pin cushion and do not like it. I will be making yours if I can find a written tutorial.

Greetings! I have watched more than 50 videos trying to find one that does not make you feel like an idiot or failure yet gives you the feeling that it can happen... more than once. Teaching yourself to sew is no easy task, but I needed to finish a project and not be afraid to make more than one without thinking, "Just get it done." Breaking it into sections is much easier than wrestling with handles down the inside or lining being too long you can't fix. Thank you for finally providing me with exactly what I needed to find to complete my project. Like an open tote, I also want to make it without the drawstring step. I made a denim jacket and made the letters just like you did and they look great. The only problem I had was trying to iron them on with the htv vinyl. I have some lifting around corners. I have ordered some fabric glue to try and glue down the edges. My concern is will the glue work on the vinyl? I've tried to find videos to see if anyone had this problem.

I used to makr these years ago, but lost my patterns. Thank you so much for the patterns, like you, when i made them, i used 2 fabrics. I will have to get busy and make some for my 2 dogs, im thinking since i use 2 fabrics, i can make 6 for each of them, that way they have 1 for each month. Thank You for sharing yourt time, and your talent with all of us.

Found this wonderful video and pattern when one of my son's asked for me to "figure out how to make one" for his colleague who had found a tortilla warmer on line that was $50!! You could also use your excess zipper tape as a pull. Just cut it off, separate it and you have two tabs.
