As great as Gary Holt is? He’s still not Jeff Hanneman who wrote most of these riffs, licks and solos for the band! Then there’s no Dave Lombardo playing drums? C’mon. We were lucky enough to tour on the East Coast leg of the 1988 Slayer and Motörhead tour and we had gotten to know the guys in the band. Lenny’s like that uncle who bought you beer when you were underage and he is still missed by many, but I had a special bond with him and We got along like we knew one another for our entire lives. Jeff and Dave were hot shites and hilarious; Jeff surfed when he wasn’t playing shows with them. Dave had a family to consider while touring which’s why he had to leave his band behind. I can understand that naturally, but Kerry King apparently doesn’t get that concept and he’s a complete dickhead to be quite honest who thinks his shite don’t stink 💩 Tommy is very reserved and laid back and totally opposite from how he comes across onstage and we all got along great with each other and King just did his own thing away from the rest of Us all.. strange man and a complete asshole which came out immediately. Благодаря каналу A-One я стал знакомиться с такой музыкой, хотя поначалу она мне не нравилась.

Тогда 5.08 это был мой первый полёт на самолёте из Краснодара в Петербург. Помимо предвкушения концерта, я впечатлился городом ("это я всё ещё в России😮). Культурный шок. Для меня Slayer был периодом студенческой жизни. (Достаточно переживаний и гипер ответственность за всё). Местные меня приняли как своего, напоили пивом, и виски. Кустарый магнит, что продавали возле моста до сих пор на холодильнике. Концерт был от души. Когда я в 3:00 был у себя в Краснодаре, я впервые не мог понять,,, что бл.. это было. Больше меня было не остановить..... 😅
