Hallo Dani, bei den Duo-Sitzen braucht deine Hülle Drehventile. Meine Anzünder hab ich griffbereit neben mir hängen. Hatte noch nie einen Ausfall und so lange du Gas in der Flasche hast, kannst du, wie du sicher weißt, notfalls auch mit dem Flüsterbrenner landen. Ohne Lockflamme. Es gibt sehr viele Ballonfahrer, die sich nie in so einen Sitz reinhocken würden. Versteh ich gut....ist nochmal ganz ein eigenes Ballonfahren. Frei wie ein Vogel :)

@@bernhard_f // diese Sitze kenne ich bestens....; ich hab im 1988 mit Gleitschirmfliegen begonnen..... :-).... // ab 1997 dann halt "fuel to noise converter" spricht die Flugmaschinen wo Du dauern dämlich viel Geld "reinpumpen" musst.... :-(..... // bin 3x in einem Korb mitgefahren + hab aufgepasst und möglichst viel an Wissen mitgenommen...... :-)..... // hättest Du mir vielleicht Infos (= youtoube, google, Fachseiten, usw. usf.) was das mit den "Drehventilen" auf sich hat ? // es eilt nicht; = einfach wenn Du mal Zeit haben solltest // besten Dank im voraus.

Jan Suchy that flight was 1 hour and about 35 litres. (summer) longest flight was last winter (-14 degrees) 2h19min. thx, this event would be nice but unfortunately it will not be possible to be there. :(

It might be because of the copyrighted music, but if you removed it you may be able to get German subtitles transcribed, then Google translate can translate to English (not perfect but still readable most of the time). There was an English version broadcast in OLN in Canada, I presume it was first broadcast in Britain as the commentator had a British accent. He basically says this person is "right on target" or not. I just remember the balloonist at 9:12 is from Finland and his name is Iqa Holokanneen or something and tha his marker was off-target. There was a ranking at the end with Bill Arras as the winner, Germany's Uwe Schneider runner-up and Latvia's Gintaras Šurkus third-place (you can find the top three on Google but I remember there were more balloonists described). I no longer have the tape recording but I still remember parts of it clearly. It had no copyrighted songs but it had some catchy music and maybe instrumental of Wish I Could Fly by Roxette or something very similar.
