I apologize for the glitching in the last third of the video. I’m not sure why it comes out that way. It never happens when I am recording. I’ll try to avoid posting another video with glitches.

In my video, I changed 4b to covering the carbonate ion instead of the bicarbonate ion without explicitly saying so. Although I originally meant to follow the question showing the bicarbonate ion, I decided to leave the video as is, because I think it could be good to try on your own with the bicarbonate ion. Be wary that the Lewis structures and bond orders are slightly different for bicarbonate and carbonate.
