@@ManifestTheDivine007 Would you tell me what kind of rules? I make Abraham Hicks Vids too from time to time (with german translations) and I can't see any wrong doing with your wonderful vids. 🤔

@@AbraFAM_de yes.. Don’t use anything from the Cruises. Multiple parts posting is not allowed. That means from a single workshop you are only allowed to extract and use one 15 minute audio.

I'm now elderly and find i like to meditate every day rarely missing the 'doing' of it. It's so stablising and i nearly always have rushes of lovely energy permeate and thrill me. It's so refreshing. Abraham/Esther is such wisdom and knowing that i am so convinced of as i deal with my 'baggage'. Thanks so very very much Esther and Abraham for your grace, incisional clarity and reality.

Day 1 of meditating: it felt great i got well needed clarity and to release frustration and thats what this did. Meditation has always been an anomaly to me but that changed today now i know what to and how to go about forward.. i am looking forward to coming back tmrw..

I too do 10-15 minutes..and you can also set a timer on your phone. There’s an option that says “stop playing” so that whatever you’re listening to will stop. Sometimes the ad’s after the video scare me or make me jump 😂

This is great. I've heard Esther/Abraham mention it so many times, but didnt realize how powerful having this sound in the background really is. I love the additional visual of the falling rain. Very peaceful.
