May I please ask a few questions? 1) I understand that this is the intake risk assessment - do you recommend using the same template for ongoing management of risks for participants or perhaps use a variation document (1/2 page doc) to outline new risks/changes to risks? 2) For high-risk participants (i.e. self-harm behaviours) - how often would you recommend undertaking a review of the risk assessment/plan? 3) Any best practice tips on how to ensure support staff are across the risks for participants (share this document with the support team, and training from PBS Practitioner)? Answer to Hayley: Hi Hayley, yes you can. You can actually upload as much as you want to any user profile, as they can also. So you could upload the certificate they bring with them from another training portal/place, or you can go in as an admin, mark a training module as done in a persons profile, then they get the certificate, but you can also have the original evidence in their profile too. That would mean when you printo a report, it will show that user and the course you marked as complete, just like any other and youcan put the orginal date in their. For instance. For first aid, so it is 'seamless' make a dummy first aid course, when they give you their certificate, you can then mark it as complete, and that shows in your report. Same for a personalised Welcome to ABC NDIS Presentation that you may routinely show people.

The latest update to the CMS is complete. It now has a client priority register, and when you enter the participant name into the name column it auto adds the clients name to the support plan register too. As well as some updated risk assessment tools and a floating risk matrix chart on the both corporate risk and participant risk registers.
