A trick to be "faster" is to have the slow internet so slow that when you miss a curve you don't get penalized and then you set the internet or ping to normal. It has literally happened to me several times, there are times where my internet is so slow that I have gone over the track limits and I still make the sector green

I'd say the car for fastest lap times on Monza is the Indycar, I only have the McLaren Indycar, so I don't know if the red one is any different statwise.

Apologies for the bad quality, the KZbin limits the bitrate of the video so much that it looks way worse on KZbin than on the actual file and my resolution of the monitor isn't helping either lol (1440x900)
