I saw a video where 2 dumbasses were slamming the Condor rapid assault rig and SOF guys started to show up in the comments saying they've used them by choice for years. I like it too but I like the Condor LBE with the H-harness better. It's not impossible if you're patient to set up the entire rig with everything for under $200, even with the IFAC and all it should have. I just did it, entirely off ebay, over a period of about 4 months.

I cannot disagree with you. The responsibility is tremendous in that role. You have to try to get it right every time. No one wants to turn away a person who is genuinely seeking fellowship with Christians and a deeper relationship with God. But the truth is that sometimes we just can't be sure about another person's intentions. So we study human behavior, we train to be better and we pray that we never have to go to the extreme.

I love the revolver. I would carry as an EDC, but for the same reasons you pointed out, I don't. round count and reload in today's world doesn't make sense. Criminals are definitely trying to take advantage of extended mags that put you at a disadvantage with reloading. But if it's all you have, you need training to be as efficient as possible. Your life may depend on it.

Great vid. The church reaches out to unstable and troubled people and some of these people grow to hate whoever has been trying the hardest to help them. Since they are already "edgy" I have a hard time spotting if they are ready to "pop" or something. We've had several that I've been very concerned about. Subbed.

Ministry above everything. Always make a kind introduction to the person and guide them. But if something doesn’t pass the sniff test nothing wrong with having someone keep an eye on them.

Im looking at the tp9 sf for a do everything gun I hear its a little heavy for everyday carry. is it an unbearable to heavy or is it just a little uncomfortable this will be my first conceal carry so I was just wondering if it was unbearable or if i will get used to it? because if I can get used to the weight I feel I will be just fine till I can afford a carry specific gun. does any one have any experience carrying this gun alot?

The Cankik is comparable to my Smith & Wesson M&P 2.0 or GLOCK 19 in terms of size and weight. Many people carry those. I carried the M&P 2.0 for 4+ years. I currently carry a Sig P365 X Macro, and it is slightly heavier when loaded than the Canik. The Canik is a perfectly fine pistol for carry in my opinion.

@blackcloudr1130 true for mil spec and clone correct. I have seen mostly civilian models and there are several brands with 12 or 12.5 inch barrels. Also several 12 inch barrels advertised for MK18 builds. Probably due to the greater reliability.

Good topic and fair points. I'm also curious, what are your thoughts on whether penguins have knees?
@patriottraininginfoАй бұрын
@johnsimpson1467 as a biology minor, I know that penguins do, in fact, have knees. They are located much closer to the body than human knees. This despite the fact that actor Benedict Cumberbatch cannot correctly pronounce "penguin."

I am new to pistols and rifles and have watched many videos, on the AR-15 in particular and other rifles, and amid all my confusion about detent pins and springs aside, this video about mounting this simple black sling on a black rifle, is the best, most explanatory, and clearest video I have seen yet. Thanks Clay for a job very well done!

I've never heard of you before and someone sent me this video. Respectfully, if the civilian classes you're taking don't include at least a couple of active duty "SF Guys" as students, you're still taking beginner classes or you're not taking classes from a reputable instructor. If you're instructing in Middle Tennessee and 5th Group guys aren't showing up to your classes...guess what?

Just a part of getting out there and training. Ego plays far too much of a role in it for some people. Let the shot accountability and tactics speak for themselves. Just because you spent a day in the kitchen with Wolfgang Puck doesn't mean you're his peer in cooking. And how much did you absorb? Let the targets tell the tale.

I really have spent some time training with an SF guy, at a local range. Trained with him a bunch of times, we were both students under a civilian instructor. The SF guy was not a great shot by any means. He was a quiet dude, just trained and followed the instructors directons. One day there was discussions on red dots. Most of the students had red dots, but his pistol had factory sights. Instructor (who knew the SF guy really well) asked the SF guy why he would not use a red dot. The SF guy stated, in a casual way, "We were on a mission, one night, and one of the members on our team got his red dot all gummed up with hair and flesh, making the red dot usless. The room was real quiet after that.

Great video, thank you for sharing! The RLS is a fantastic sling, but most shooters don’t understand how it works. Especially if they have never been exposed to the old leather GI slings on M1’s and M14/M1a’s.

As a repeat attender of Patriot Training, I will attest to being outshot by many the first time I took essential pistol, then outshot by a few less the second time. I also realized in there it’s not so much a competition- except with myself and how I can improve. Take the training….

I was shooting a rifle and failing miserably, when an elderly gentleman stopped to watch me. The old timer told me he could help. I brought him my large, fancy, rifle target. He turned it over, and used a magic marker to put a spot, about the size of a penny, on the back. Shoot at that, he said. It worked. My group went to less than an inch, from all over the paper. Aim small, miss small.
