Me and hubby do "guess the price" on your videos now, we both over estimated ! I think this is a lot of house for the money. Yes, it needs work, but it's habitable and the views are heavenly. Not far from Coimbra either. You've put up some good ones the past few days.😊

Yeah it could be an okay house but as of right now it looks like the roof is definitely leaking because I've seen water And it looks like there's a mold in the house so it would take some money to fix it. Etc

Deceptively huge house! The downstairs could be converted to a complete flat and there woukd still be space for storage/workshop! Very well maintained.

Beautiful property. I can see a swimming pool in the garden. Was not able to appreciate the interior much. Just a little bit of clutter. Most definitely overpriced. But beautiful property grounds with room to expand.

I don't agree with the remarks disparaging the asking price. A detached 4-bed house in excellent condition, on a spacious plot and commanding great views is at least €200-220k, and arguably this house is far better than the basic minimum in terms of its quality and facilities. I'd expect it to attract offers reasonably close to asking price. So many people on here looking for something for nothing!

the rooms are quite small, the kitchen is so small and crowded. this is not anywhere near a 265,000 property. it is more like 165,000.
