Great video and easy to follow. I uploaded 6 PDFs to use as resources but no thumbnails were generated, there is just the 'blank' thumbnail. Any ideas, thanks?

Great video but you didn’t exactly tell us how your website theme was created. Just jumped straight to the resource page. I had issues when i wanted to embed the resource library into my website because i never had a website in the first place.

Not free... the embed functionality is a paid feature so no way to add this to WordPress :(

This way of just adding a script is terrible practice and it's not even possible on a standard WordPress installation. Please give us a better alternative.

I thought it was too until I started looking at it and realised you cant create a downloadable PDF on the free plan, you have to pay their hefty monthly fees. So basically useless for most compaign management systems. Very disappointed. Back to Powerpoint so Im back in control of the format.

Hi, great video. This is helping me, but I can't see the Lookbook option in my dashboard when I click on 'create a new lead magnet'. Am I missing something? Thanks.

The workbook is very nice. But what is the use of a link at the CTA if I cannot fill in the fields online. Either I stay online so I can click the CTA or I print out the workbook to fill in the fields. Then the link in the CTA is of no use. Pity!

Thank you for the walk-through, seems clean and easy. However, it also seems easy to rip off someone else's blog content by posting their URL into Beacon. Is there anything to prevent people from doing that?

@@Beaconby thanks for the reply. I got beacon and I'm a happy customer now. The smart PDFs look amazing on mobile. I wish the content upgrade had a second state with download the lead magnet button (opening in a new tab) instead of redirecting to the lead magnet and taking the reader away from the article.

And of course, an option to send the email from my transactional email provider, so the person signing up doesn't get confused why they're getting an email from beacon.

Michael Hagen you would connect Beacon to an email marketing service like Mailchimp and then use Mailchimp to deliver the lead magnet.

The interface you show in the plugin doesn't actually do anything. There's nothing to come back from the your site when you complete the new lead magnet.
