I love the 3D map at Yoho - every park should have one of those. What does the sun do?

A sauna in the middle of the cabin? I wonder if it would have made a nice bedroom. Should a man ever tell a woman her hair looks bad? Is this the Drew that plays some of your awesome background music??

Picture Lake! Wow. You hit it at the right time. Who knew the mosquitos were so plentiful in Canada! How did your minivan make it on those treacherous roads?

Agree to do the saddle first. You could also start from Bagley Lakes. That parking lot is not nearly as full as Artist Point.

Welcome to the northwest. I was there the heliotrope ride, the Coleman glacier a couple of weeks ago. The view was great. You're not alone getting lost the chain lakes loop, I was going counter clock wise, I got lost on the rocky summit. It was last year early march/april. It was still covered with fresh snow. I couldn't see any foot print/trace. Finally, I was managed to get the two lakes and managed the loop. A week later later I went on weekend clock wise and easier. It was a lot of people on the triaL The view is incredible. A couple of month I hiked the Ptarmigan Ridge, starts the same point of the chain loop on the junction on the ridge, you go left. A lot closer to the Glory of the ice covered mountain. Anyway, enjoyable video.

Love the fat, fluffy marmot and baby. And the little ground squirrel. So cute! These hikes have such gorgeous landscapes. Can't believe you got to see whales - Wow! I see the family resemblance in the sisters. How cool that you could all travel together for a bit of this adventure! Favorite quote: "I'm scared." "Don't be scared." And the shepherd's pie looks delish!

Just blew into Sedona and went a park entrance were there was some old lady at the booth. No maps, didn’t know jack shit about any of the trails and suggested I go the chamber of commerce to get more information. I’ve been hiking for over fifty years and I’ve been to many federal parks, monuments and state parks where you have knowledgeable rangers that know the park their at like the back of their hand. It seems the town only cares about people sending money at the tourist shops and not accommodating hikers. I mean I couldn’t even find signs pointing to the park entrance’s. The feds should go in and make the hiking areas into a national park or monument adding more parking spots or have a shuttle bus system instead of going through a load of bullshit finding where the trails are.
