WHAAAT!!! Katie, I got my $10 Vince Camuto jumpsuit from the goodwill on fourth! And two other things I happened to be looking for at that time (non clothes) were literally sitting on a shelf right where I walked in staring at me ready to be bought 😂 I thought it was a great store! I must go back a couple more times to better assess 😆 Still an amazing video and loved the concept!! 👍🏼🙌🏼

oh I recommend if your bobbin ever eats up your fabric (this happens so freaking often to me) is to use a layer of thin tissue paper (or tear away interfacing if you have that) between the bottom of your fabric and lower feed dogs. sewing with that extra layer of thin paper helps the fabric from being eaten up! it does get a little messy ripping away the paper but it makes for beautiful seams and an easier time sewing those lighter fabrics! also a sharp needle is very important if you haven't changed your sewing needle in some time. hope this helps!

That is super cute. Question though- maybe attach the liner? So it doesnt poke out AND uou might be able to put some pockets- that would be nice to keep cards safe on a night out if you travel light

The blue coat, with shorter sleeves, can be altered, by adding a black ruched ruffle at the wrists, to match the black zippers. The tight armpits, can be altered by letting out the seam to a 3/8 seam, instead of the industrial 1/2" seam allowance. If U r majoring in Fashion Design, take the coat to Gerber class, remove all the seams & lay it out, on a sloper, & bump out the seams a grade up, on the Gerber ruler.

Denim skirts are back in a big way. Think about it. Also denim on denim, & embroidered denim is back, but skinny jeans & ripped jeans went out of style last Summer. In Visual Merchandising class for Fashion Design degree, they taught us to hang clothes light to dark, solids to prints to neutrals, short to long, & small to large, if we want our closet to look like a boutique.

its truuuue packing its a breeze, I use Acloset so I dont know if Indyx has this, but you can make separate closets, with your packed items, and the app makes the outfits only with those clothes, helps me pack everytime

took me 6 hours to create my digital closet, that was 2 years ago and it was soooo worth it, it elevated my style, helps me saves money by adding things im thinking of buying and seeing how versatile it can be with my clothes, and takes off a lot of time when getting ready

Some of my faves: leather jacket, quilted jacket, mini skirt, burgundy bag, big sweater/little skirt vibes, monochrome fit, 'and other stories' tank, bomber jacket, white pleated pants, ALL the scarves.
