debuff amp% doesn't apply on the set effect so she only wants buff amp% on captain set

It seems her charge-up attack doesn't proc the peach dumplings. So when you reach max stacks, you have to attack normally first, then go back to charging up.

Hello omega I have a video idea for you (backstory I have been building ninja cookie recently and actually enjoyed playing him) I think it would be cool if you did a video on a cookie not a lot of people think about and bring some attention to him! 🎉. kohlrabis artifact is good on her way better than extraordinary origin, also she needs 3 atk and 2 ele atk which leaves to 1-2 crate and 1-2 cdmg or 4 atk 1 crate 1 cdmg not really sure but something like that

My initial opinion was actually quite the opposite: that she would be a crowd control dps. Her basic attacks are melee(charged is a 360 swing), her special gives a lot of stacks she can't proc fast if she's only hitting 1 enemy at a time(25-50 hits at one go), and her ultimate starts off by exploding(hits everything around her). Everything looked built for AoE. But on further observation, she can trigger starfall really fast(her basic attack string apparently hits 5 times). It doesn't proc blissful light, but has AoE which might be for in case they move slightly. And in bliss form she fires 2 stars(3 when held), so they build up even faster. She might even be worse in crowds, since her ultimate switches gears to single-target, and it's where the bulk of her damage is. Also I calculated and, while not as easy as Basil pesto, with some investment she can achieve 100% crit rate: Level 51, signature artifact, memory set has crit rate bodywear, and 2 crit rate hidden power(1 perfect if the bodywear is 5*).

Despite sugar globe cookie being an op cookie, I just don't like her gameplay and maybe It's because I love playing archer cookies. anyway great review I agree she's op and can be a must pull If you like her

I agree! I just got snow globe and her attacks and overall kit feels super slow… I main soda cream cookie and her kit feels like a big nuke with her ult and snow globe’s kit focuses on consistently outputting big damage.

You only need 1 or 2 crit rolls to get a good crit rate on her. I reccomend getting atleast 3 atk% rolls on her, since she needs a ton of atk because her ascension gives Crit rate. Look at Besto builds if you don't understand.

It's also criminal that Kohlrabi's arti didn't get mentioned in the artifact part, it's way better than Extraordinary Origin, might be better than Lost Grimoire.
